1. Introduction

Welcome to Energy Tribe. By purchasing a subscription or accessing our content, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Membership

Energy Tribe is a paid subscription service providing digital content, resources, and community access. Membership continues until canceled.

3. Billing & Payments

By joining, you agree to the membership plan you selected during checkout. The subscription fee, displayed at checkout will be charged automatically each billing cycle through Stripe. Your membership will continue to renew until you choose to cancel in your account settings.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at help@energytribe.co. Refunds are not guaranteed once access to content has been granted.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU customers)

By purchasing, you agree that access to digital content begins immediately and you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within Energy Tribe is owned by Janis Groß and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Energy Tribe does not guarantee specific results. Content is provided for educational purposes only. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service.
